We thought it would be o-some (our own replacement word for the overused “awesome”) to create a spot for Nerf guns that paid homage to Apocalypse Now. Imagine Kurtz (Marlon Brando) hunched behind a desk working on a Nerf gun speaking his lines of gibberish from the film. Pretty rad, right. We did some storyboards that encompassed that notion that helped us to slowly adapt our vision into a more AD friendly version that would hopefully sell more Nerf products.
It’s Nerf or Nothin’
Filming this spot was so much fun and we are looking forward to do many more spots like this in the future. Getting a chance to doing create cinematic content is a clear direction we have for out future. We are going to do our best to make it a reality.
